Standard shipping is free of charge.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Zanskary after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider.

Zanskary does not request or store your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, or banking password.

COD availability may depend on the customer's location, order value, courier availability, and other operational factors.

7. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched on the same business day after successful order confirmation.

Orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
